Pole fitness is a form of exercise that combines dance, gymnastics, and strength training using a vertical pole. Participants perform a variety of dynamic movements, spins, climbs, and poses while utilizing the pole for support and balance. Pole fitness improves strength, flexibility, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness while also promoting body confidence and self-expression. It's a fun and empowering way to work out and build both physical and mental strength.

In 2019, I embarked on a journey across the United States, practicing aerials in places like New Mexico, Hawaii, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. After settling in North Dakota, I noticed the limited availability of aerial fitness and decided to become a certified instructor. In 2023, I opened Meraki Wellness, inspired by the Greek word "Meraki," which means putting your entire soul into something with love and creativity.
In my coaching business, Coaching with Amber Lansdale, I incorporate coaching and aerial fitness to help my clients rediscover their confidence and cultivate self-love. For me, aerial fitness isn't just an alternative workout—it's an art. I'm passionate about sharing the joy and empowerment it brings.
